The Reverend Dr. Jule M. Nyhuis began as interim pastor February 21 , 2017 and was installed as pastor June 10, 2018.  Jule holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Valparaiso University, a Masters of Divinity degree from Vanderbilt University Divinity School, and a Doctor of Ministry degree (in Gospel and Culture) from Columbia Theological Seminary of Decatur, GA.  Jule has over twenty years of experience in a variety of solo pastor and associate pastor positions (including 8 years in specialized ministry with Children & Their Families and 9 years in guiding congregations through ministry transitions).  Jule has a Certificate in Spiritual Direction from the Haden Institute, a Certificate in Jungian Dream Work from the Haden Institute, and is a board Certified Healing Touch Practitioner through Healing Beyond Borders.  She enjoys teaching, preaching, and journeying with others in the life of faith.  An avid reader and gardener; she finds herself rejuvenated through time alone in nature, walks with her toy poodle Rufus, and great conversations with close friends and family.  She is excited to be a part of the Hillwood church community.

Max Randall is HPC’s Minister of Music. Max currently is a student of Vanderbilt University’s Blair School of Music where he studies piano performance. Max has been an active member and musician for his Presbyterian home church and for Reformed University Fellowship at Vanderbilt. Max has been receiving musical honors and awards for the past several years (including awards from the Music Teachers National Association Competition, the Seattle Young Artists Music Festival, and Musicfest Northwest). He has taught piano to others, is an organ student, and has enjoyed the experience of sharing music in local retirement communities and hospitals. Nick Silvidi is Hillwood Presbyterian Church’s Audio Video Technician for our live stream worship service and other online/recorded ministries.  Nick moved to Nashville the summer of 2019 after completing his undergraduate degree for audio production in Columbus, Ohio.  He currently is pursuing a career in the music industry and has been finding more and more things to love about this city every day he lives here.  Nick is working to provide a professional level live stream with consistent accessibility for everyone who is viewing from home.  Nick is available for questions about accessing the live stream and can assist HPC members with general tech questions. Susan Reiersen is the Financial Administrator.  Susan has 2 decades of experience handling administrative matters for churches.  Susan enjoys organizing and handles financial matters for the church.  She started among Hillwood PC in August 2019.

Beebe Bryant serves as the Church Receptionist.   Long-time member of the church, Beebe began serving on the Hillwood PC staff in 2014 after retiring from a career teaching high school.
